RETURN AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Cancellation Conditions

Order Cancellation / Right of Withdrawal You can cancel your order within 30 minutes after you place it. Just go to the My Orders menu and click once on the Cancel button in your Order.

Your refund is made simultaneously when your order status is Cancelled. The amount reflected on your card may vary from bank to bank, but it is made within a few days, and you can follow up in detail from your bank.

If your "Cancel" button is not active, it means your 30-minute period has expired. In this case, cancellation cannot be made, but if you do not receive the order brought by the cargo or if you receive it and complete the RETURN/WITHDRAW procedure, the refund will be processed.

Return Conditions

Order Return / Right of Withdrawal Procedure

According to the Consumer Protection Legislation, the CONSUMER has the right to withdraw from the Distance Selling Contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

However, at ROYAL HOME, our customers have the right to return and withdraw from the distance selling contract for 30 (thirty) days from the day they receive their order.

The right of withdrawal period starts on the day the contract is established for contracts related to the performance of services; and on the day the CONSUMER or the third party determined by the CONSUMER receives the goods for contracts related to the delivery of goods. However, the CONSUMER can use the right of withdrawal within 30 (thirty) days following the establishment of the contract and the date of delivery of the goods, provided that the specified conditions are met. In determining the right of withdrawal period;

For goods that are a single order and delivered separately, the day on which the CONSUMER or a third party determined by the CONSUMER receives the last good, For goods consisting of more than one piece, the day on which the CONSUMER or a third party determined by the CONSUMER receives the last piece, In contracts where the goods are delivered regularly for a certain period, the day on which the CONSUMER or a third party determined by the CONSUMER receives the first good is taken into account.

 

  • The original invoice, delivery note (all copies in the possession of the Consumer) and a petition including the reason for return must be sent together with the product to be returned.

  • For products where there may be a problem of incompatibility in product selection, technical support must be received and an order must be placed after determining the appropriate product.

  • Except for hidden defects, product return requests must be made within 30 (thirty) days from the date the product is received by the Customer.

  • The 30 (thirty) day period is determined as an absolute period, and the period determined as 14 days according to the Consumer Law has been extended by ENGLISH HOME in favor of the Customer. It is kindly requested that you pay special attention to this issue. Returns must be made with the original box and/or packaging of the product. (The original box/packaging is the product's own box or packaging, if present at the delivery stage. It is not the parcel in which your order was delivered.)

  • Contracts regarding the delivery of goods that can deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date may pass.

  • Contracts regarding goods prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the Consumer. (For example, curtains and similar products that are purchased by taking measurements, manufactured or sewn specifically for the consumer, or whose condition in the sale is changed based on the consumer's demand, and customized)

  • Contracts related to goods or services whose prices change depending on the fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the SELLER or provider.

  • Contracts related to the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; those whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.

  • Contracts related to goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature.

  • Contracts related to books, digital content and computer consumables offered in a tangible medium if protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery of the goods.

  • Contracts related to the delivery of periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided within the scope of a subscription contract.

  • Contracts related to services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the CONSUMER.

  • Contracts related to services that have been started to be performed with the approval of the CONSUMER before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.

  • Products with damaged original boxes/packaging (for example, the original boxes/packaging has been torn, placed in a different box/packaging, cargo labels/shipments or other information have been additionally pasted on the boxes/packaging and/or the packaging/box has been taped with packing tape or written on are not accepted), products that have lost their economic value/resaleability, have been used even once, have been damaged in any way, are in a condition that cannot be purchased by another customer due to reasons not caused by the Seller in any way, etc. are not accepted for return.

Regarding the return request that complies with the above-mentioned conditions, the Consumer;​​

  • The product will be sent to us by "putting it in a sturdy cardboard box or similar packaging" in a way that prevents damage to the original packaging of the product (together with the product, invoice, delivery note, etc.),

  • When the return reaches us in accordance with the procedure, the request is examined by the Returns department,

  • If necessary, the product is sent to the authorized service or supplier company for testing.

  • If the Consumer/Customer return request complies with the above-mentioned conditions and the relevant legal legislation, the return transaction/process is initiated.

  • The return period varies between 3 (three) and 7 (seven) days. For the return examined by the Returns department, the Customer/Consumer is contacted and one of the new product shipment or money refund transactions is carried out according to their preference. Return requests that do not meet the specified conditions within the scope of these return transactions will definitely not be accepted/received and will be returned to the Customer/Consumer.
