3. Terms of the Agreement

3.1. Any matter not explicitly committed in this agreement cannot be interpreted as being against ROYAL HOME. Unless otherwise stated in writing by ROYAL HOME, ROYAL HOME shall have the right to demand the fees announced on the site for the products and services on the site.

3.2. This membership agreement does not impose any financial commitment or liability on the Member. The Member shall only be obliged to pay the prices of the products and services that he/she will order from the www.royalhome.com.tr website and other fees related to this. No separate fee shall be committed for the membership.

3.3. ROYAL HOME may establish membership types that are more extensive, have different features, include privileges, discount rights, are paid or include other commitments than the rights granted to the member party to this agreement, under the names of GOLD membership, PLATINUM membership and others, after the signature of this agreement. In this case, the Member's membership will not be changed to a paid one without the Member's consent, but the Member will not be able to request to benefit from new and paid services without upgrading his/her membership from the paid membership features or activating his/her membership that includes the services and privileges he/she wants to benefit from.

3.4. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information he/she provided while becoming a member of the www.royalhome.com.tr website is true before the law and that he/she will compensate ROYAL HOME for all damages it may suffer due to the inaccuracy of this information.

3.5. The Member cannot give the password given to him/her while becoming a member of the www.royalhome.com.tr website to other persons or organizations, the Member's right to use the said password belongs to him/herself. For this reason, against all liabilities that may arise and all claims and demands that may be put forward against ROYAL HOME by third parties or authorized authorities, ROYAL HOME reserves all rights to claim compensation and other claims arising from the said unauthorized use.

3.6. The member accepts and undertakes to comply with the provisions of the legal legislation and not to violate them while benefiting from the services available exclusively for members on the www.royalhome.com.tr website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise will be completely and exclusively binding on the member.

 

3.7. The member cannot use the www.royalhome.com.tr website and portal services in any way that disrupts public order, is against general morality, disturbs and harasses others, for an illegal purpose, in a way that infringes on the intellectual and copyrights of others, cannot offer the services they receive to third parties, cannot subject them to commercial activities such as renting or offering them for sale. In addition, the member cannot engage in activities (spam, virus, trojan horse, etc.) and transactions that prevent or make it difficult for others to use the services.

3.8. The ideas and thoughts declared, written and used by members on the www.royalhome.com.tr website are entirely the members' own personal opinions and are binding on the opinion owner. These opinions and thoughts have no relation or connection with ROYAL HOME. ROYAL HOME has no responsibility for the damages that third parties may suffer due to the ideas and opinions declared by the member and for the damages that the Customer may suffer from the acts and actions of third parties during the use of the services.

3.9. ROYAL HOME shall not be responsible for the reading of member data by unauthorized persons and for damages that may occur to member software and data. The member has accepted in advance not to claim compensation from ROYAL HOME for any damages that may be suffered due to the use of the www.royalhome.com.tr website and portal services.

3.10. The member has accepted not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, the legal and criminal liabilities arising from this shall belong entirely to the member.

3.11. The member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement shall be personally and legally liable for this violation and shall hold ROYAL HOME harmless from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. In addition; if the incident is brought to the legal field due to this violation, ROYAL HOME reserves the right to claim compensation from the member due to non-compliance with the membership agreement.

3.12. ROYAL HOME always has the right to unilaterally delete the member's membership and delete the customer's files, documents and information when necessary. The member accepts this disposition in advance. In this case, ROYAL HOME has no responsibility.

3.13. ROYAL HOME does not guarantee or undertake in any way the accuracy, completeness, adequacy and up-to-dateness of any information on the www.royalhome.com.tr website. The user cannot claim that the information and/or portal services on the website are incorrect or that he/she has suffered damage based on this information. ROYAL HOME may change, correct and/or remove the information and/or portal services in question at any time without any prior notice and/or warning in any way. ROYAL HOME has taken all kinds of measures to ensure that the website and portal services are error-free. However, no guarantee is given regarding existing or potential errors on the site.

3.14. ROYAL HOME, its board members, managers, employees, the persons who prepared the information and/or portal services on this site cannot be held responsible for any direct and/or indirect material and/or moral negative and/or positive damages, in short, any damages arising from access to this www.royalhome.com.tr website, direct or indirect use of the information and services on the site.

Other companies and products mentioned on this website are the trademarks of their owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.

3.16. Materials and documents on the www.royalhome.com.tr website cannot be changed, copied, reproduced or republished by the member in any way.

3.17. ROYAL HOME may collect certain information such as the name and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the Internet service provider used to access the site for the purpose of improving and developing the www.royalhome.com.tr website and/or within the framework of legal regulations.

3.18. ROYAL HOME may use members' personal information in studies regarding the special preferences and interests of its users in order to provide better service to its users, improve its products and services, and facilitate the use of the site. ROYAL HOME reserves the right to keep a record of the member's actions on the www.royalhome.com.tr website while receiving portal services.

3.19. ROYAL HOME may use the member's personal information when requested as a legal obligation or (a) to act in accordance with legal requirements or to comply with legal processes served on ROYAL HOME or the ROYAL HOME site; (b) It may disclose in cases where it is deemed necessary in good faith to protect and defend the rights and property of ROYAL HOME and the ROYAL HOME website family.

3.20. Measures have been taken within the available means to ensure that the ROYAL HOME website is free of viruses and similar software. In addition, in order to ensure ultimate security, the user must provide his/her own virus protection system and provide the necessary protection. In this context, by entering the ROYAL HOME website, the member is deemed to have accepted that he/she is responsible for all errors that may occur in his/her own software and operating systems and their direct or indirect consequences.

3.21. ROYAL HOME reserves the right to change the content of the site at any time, to change or terminate any service provided to users or to delete user information and data registered on the ROYAL HOME website, to remove products at any time, to withdraw from sale.

3.22. ROYAL HOME may change, update or cancel the terms of the membership agreement at any time without any prior notice and/or warning in any form. Any changed, updated or repealed provision shall be effective for all members on the date of publication.

3.23. The parties accept and declare that all computer records belonging to ROYAL HOME shall be taken as the sole and exclusive evidence in accordance with Article 287 of the Civil Procedure Code and that the said records constitute an evidentiary contract.
