You can shop safely from our online store using your bank card or credit card. Payment for an order can only be made with one credit card. Multiple cards cannot be used to pay for an order. Royal Home never receives payment by requesting your card information, such as mail order, through the online store. Our website is an online store that uses reliable payment methods with SSL certificates.
When you shop on our site, your credit card information is only used when the order is processed. Our database does not hold any information that would jeopardize the security of your credit card information. In order for you to shop safely on our site, the GlobalSign SSL certificate, which provides worldwide credit card security, is used. In addition, thanks to the Iyzico infrastructure we use, we ensure that you receive the most reliable shopping opportunity.
It is not possible to shop from our online store with a credit card from a foreign bank. Your credit card may be closed to "Online Shopping" or your card limit may be insufficient. You can contact your bank for these situations. Your internet connection may have been interrupted or disconnected momentarily. You can try to make an online payment again after a while.
After logging in, you can click on the Member icon in the upper right corner of the home page to enter the "MY ORDERS" section and check all the information about your current orders from the "MY ORDERS" table on the page that opens. When your order is shipped, you can follow the cargo status of your order by entering the order details and clicking on the cargo tracking number. If you cannot access the information, you can contact our customer representatives online to learn all the details about your order.
Invoices issued as E-Archive invoices are sent to your membership e-mail address in PDF format. Make sure that the E-Archive invoice does not end up in your "JUNK E-mail" (spam folder) box. If you cannot find your e-Archive invoice in this directory, you can contact our customer representatives and obtain your invoice.
Your orders are delivered to the cargo company in an average of 3 business days. The cargo delivery time may vary depending on your delivery address. On official holidays, cargo companies do not make deliveries. After your cargo is delivered, it is delivered to you by the cargo company within an average of 2 days within Istanbul and within an average of 3 business days outside Istanbul.
After your order is delivered to the cargo company by us, your cargo tracking information will be sent to you via SMS and e-mail. If you have not received this information, you can access the "MY ORDERS" page from your member icon and access your cargo information from the order details. You can also contact our customer representatives and get detailed information about the entire process of delivery.
If no one can be found at the delivery address, the courier will try to reach you again. A “CARGO NOTIFICATION NOTE” can be left at your door for you to pick up your package or to set a new delivery date and the cargo can be brought back to the branch. Cargoes brought back to the branch must be collected from the branch within 3 business days. Cargoes not collected within the specified time will be returned to Royal Home.
There is no need to worry. Quality and customer satisfaction are the priority for Royal Home. If your product arrives defective, we kindly ask you to fill out the "Contact Us" form and submit your request. If the product is available in our stock, we can resend the defective product to you. If the product is out of stock, you will be refunded for the defective product. When returning the defective product, we kindly ask you to fill out the return form that came with your cargo and return it to us unused with its original box.
You can cancel the order within the first 30 minutes following the moment it is placed. There is no cancellation application for the products in your order at the end of this 30-minute period. After your order reaches you, you can return the products in your order in full or in part. You can make your return by sending the product you purchased to our warehouse address with Yurtiçi and MNG Cargo within 30 days from the day you receive it from the cargo, free of charge within the return conditions. To get your Yurtiçi Cargo easy return code; click the easy return button on the My Orders page. Select the products you want to return and the reason for return and click the Create Return Request button. Pack the products you will return and deliver them to Yurtiçi Cargo with the easy return cargo code. According to the Consumer Law, the return conditions are as follows;
• Returns must be made with the original box and/or packaging of the product. The original box, if available, is the product's own packaging. It is not the box your order was delivered in. Returns of products whose original box/packaging is damaged, has lost its economic value/resaleability, has been used even once, has been damaged in any way, is in a condition that cannot be purchased by another customer due to reasons not caused by the seller, etc. are not accepted.
• A copy of the e-archive invoice (or a copy of the delivery note) and a fully completed return form must be sent along with the product to be returned.
• Except for hidden defects, product return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The 14-day period is determined as an absolute period in accordance with legal regulations and we kindly request that you pay particular attention to this matter.
• The product will be checked for defects such as damage, loss of economic value, faulty etc. at the time of cargo delivery. The cargo/shipping company representative will assist the consumer in this regard. Products with such errors, defects etc. will not be accepted by the consumer. In the event that such issues are detected, the cargo representative will not deliver the product to the consumer.
• Returns of products specially manufactured/processed for the customer (such as curtains and similar products that are purchased by giving measurements, manufactured or sewn or processed specifically for the consumer) are not accepted. In this respect, for specially manufactured products, it is necessary to take the measurements correctly, receive technical support during the measurement stages, and provide detailed specifications and dimensions in order to minimize errors.
• In the return of other products; it is not possible to return products that cannot be returned due to their nature (except in cases where the product is faulty or defective, products that may pose a health hazard after being opened, products that require direct contact with the body during use, single-use products).
• The return of the following products is subject to the condition that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact and unused; - All kinds of clothing, home textile, home wear etc. products and accessories in the categories and other textile products, - Products and accessories used in home decoration, - All kinds of cosmetics, cleaning, personal care, health, beauty products and similar products.
Your return process does not start on the date you send the product, but on the date your returned product reaches our warehouse, and is finalized within 7 business days. After your return shipment reaches our warehouse, the product's compliance with the return conditions is checked. If your product is eligible for return, a refund will be made to the card you used to pay for your order. Depending on your bank, it may take 1-2 days for you to see your refund on your card. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays are not business days.
Even if the payment for your online shopping is made in installments, Royal Home will refund the fee to the bank to which your credit card is connected in one go. The reflection of the refund amount of your installment shopping on your card in installments is up to your bank. You should contact your bank about this.
